Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used vaping products for exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its status. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for products that are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item for the exact same product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and attach clear photos of the product(s) and packaging.
